Design case studies for design agency - Kingdom & Sparrow X Holiday Vodka.
The Brief:
Kingdom & Sparrow, the award-winning Cornish branding agency behind some of the UK's most celebrated packaging and identity work, needed a case study film to showcase their branding project for Holiday Vodka, an international premium spirit distilled in the Piedmont region of Italy.
The brief was to create a behind-the-scenes film that brought their creative process to life, capturing the thinking, craft, and ambition behind a brand and bespoke bottle design that had already caught the attention of the drinks industry. The film needed to feel as considered and premium as the work itself.
Production:
Directed by Chris Smith with camera assistance from Duncan Harvey and utilising stunning photography by Milly Fletcher, we built a production that balanced interview-led storytelling with carefully composed product and detail shots, letting the extraordinary bottle design and brand world do the talking alongside the Kingdom & Sparrow team.
The result is a film that works both as a marketing asset for Kingdom & Sparrow and as a compelling piece of content in its own right, drawing viewers into the world of Holiday Vodka while showcasing the depth of creative thinking that went into its creation.
Impact:
The film has become a centrepiece of Kingdom & Sparrow's case study content, sitting alongside a Holiday Vodka project that has since picked up recognition from the World Beverage Design Awards, the DBA, Pentawards, and The Dieline — some of the most prestigious names in drinks and packaging design.
